Shipping policy
At Mexavon, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle deliveries across India.
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery timelines based on your location:
• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 Business Days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 Business Days
• Remote Areas / North-East India: 7-10 Business Days
Note: These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value (as displayed on the website at checkout).
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal shipping fee will be charged and displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• You can track your order using the tracking ID on our courier partner's website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
• COD is available on select products and pin codes across India.
• COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and make payment.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.
• In case of a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at Whatapp (9211912416) with your order number and relevant photos (if damaged).
