Return & Refund Policy
At Mexavon, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return if:
• It was received in a damaged or defective condition.
• It is different from what was ordered (wrong product/color/size).
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Products that are NOT eligible for return:
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Items purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective).
• Perishable or hygiene-related products.
2. How to Raise a Return Request
• Send an email to support@shopeaseindia.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if damaged or wrong item).
• Our customer support team will respond within 24-48 business hours.
• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
• Do NOT return the product before receiving written approval from our team.
3. Refund Process
• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank Account, or Card).
• COD orders will be refunded via Bank Transfer. Please ensure you provide accurate bank details.
4. Exchange
• We offer exchanges for defective or wrong products, subject to availability.
• If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• COD handling fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
• Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
